Dr. Alan M. Richards holds a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Hearing Science and Audiology. He is licensed to practice audiology by the New York State Education Department. He holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), is a Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), and is also Board Certified in Audiology from AAA.

Dr. Richards has had extensive teaching and research
experience as both a Professor of Audiology at City
University of New York and as a researcher in the Hearing
Sciences. He has published two textbooks in hearing and
research methods.

Dr. Richards has over 30 years of clinical experience in the
fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments. Dr. Richards'
special interests lie in electrophysiological
diagnostics related to hearing and balance disorders.
He prides himself on long-term relationships with his patients,
their friends and families. His goal is to provide his patients
with the best care available.






Dr. Randi Gerson holds a doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.)
from the University of Florida and earned her undergraduate
degree in Audiology from the University of Texas. Dr. Gerson is
licensed to practice audiology in New York and
is a Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology. She has
extensive experience in private practice in which she has
specialized in auditory diagnostic testing, balance and
dizziness examination, and hearing aid consulting,
dispensing, and counseling. Dr. Gerson is dedicated
to helping people improve their quality of life by providing
comprehensive and personal hearing healthcare.







Dr. Margot Steiner-Veneziano holds a doctoral degree in
Audiology (Au.D.) from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Steiner-Veneziano is licensed to practice
audiology in New York. After leaving Florida,
Dr. Steiner-Veneziano practiced at JFK Johnson
Rehabilitation Institute in New Jersey.
Her experience included the JFK Newborn Screening
Program, tinnitus evaluations, and all aspects
of diagnostic audiology for balance and
hearing. Dr. Steiner-Veniziano enjoys helping people
by providing hearing loss diagnosis, treatment, and
counseling.




Practice Management

Pamela Rosauro, our Practice Manager, earned
bachelor degrees in commerce and information technology.
She holds a Masters Degree in Business Management.
 Pamela has extensive administrative and management
experience in medical practices, healthcare recruitment,
and computer support.
