Dr. Alan M. Richards holds a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Hearing Science from the Graduate Center, City University of New York. He is licensed to practice audiology by the New York State Education Department. He holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), is a Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), and is also Board Certified in Audiology from the
The American Board of Audiology.
Dr. Richards has had extensive teaching
and research experience as both a Professor
of Audiology at City University of New York
and as a researcher in the Hearing
Sciences. He has published two textbooks
in hearing and research methods and has a
significant number of peer-reviewed research
publications. Dr. Richards is presently an
Adjunct Professor in the Speech-Language-
Hearing Doctoral (Ph.D.) Program, Graduate
Center, City University of New York.
Dr. Richards has over 30 years of clinical experience
in the fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments.
His goal is to fit each individual with consideration
to the patients lifestyle and individual needs. He prides himself on
long-term relationships with his patients, their friends and families.
Dr Richards' special interests lie in electrophysiological diagnostics related to hearing and balance disorders.
Dr. Randi Gerson holds a doctoral degree in Audiology
(Au.D.) from the University of Florida and earned her
undergraduate degree in Audiology from the University
of Texas.
Dr. Gerson is licensed to practice audiology in New
York and is a Fellow in the American Academy of
Audiology. She has extensive experience in private
practice in which she has specialized in auditory
diagnostic testing, balance and dizziness examination,
and hearing aid consulting, dispensing, and counseling.
Her clinical training also includes V.A. hospital centers
in the New York City area.
Dr. Gerson is dedicated to helping people improve their
quality of life by providing comprehensive and personal
hearing healthcare through the use of hearing instruments
and assistive listening devices.
Dr. Margot Steiner-Veneziano holds a doctoral
degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from Nova Southeastern
University.
Dr. Steiner-Veneziano is licensed to
practice audiology in New York. She is a Fellow
in the American Academy of Audiology. After
leaving Florida, Dr. Steiner-Veneziano practiced at
JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute in New Jersey.
Her experience included the JFK Newborn
Screening Program, tinnitus evaluations, and
all aspects of diagnostic audiology for balance
and hearing disorders.
Dr. Marc B. Kramer is an affiliate of Madison Audiology
and limits his practice to forensic audiology and
litigation consultation in cases involving hearing loss.
He was Director, Hearing & Speech Service at the
New York Presbyterian Hospital–Weill Cornell College
of Medicine for 24 years, and is presently Clinical
Assistant Professor of Audiology at Presbyterian
Hospital–Weill Cornell College of Medicine. Dr. Kramer
serves as a consultant to the legal profession, industry,
and many governmental entities including United States
Department of Justice (USDOJ), the New York City Fire
Department (NYFD). The New York City Police
Department (NYPD), and the New York City Emergency
Response Service (NYCERS). In the past he has provided
his services to the Cities of Philadelphia and Washington, DC, to the states of California and Massachusetts, and others. He is a former member of NYC’s Environmental Control Board and was elected a fellow in ASHA. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and had been a member of the Instructional Course Faculty of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery (AO-H&NS) for over two decades. Dr. Kramer’s undergraduate and master’s degrees were awarded by Temple University and his doctorate was earned and awarded by the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate Center. He is clinically certified by ASHA, Board Certified in Audiology, and licensed to practice audiology in New York, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana.

The Beginning With Children Foundation sponsored an "Operation Blue" seminar at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Randi Gerson presented a program dealing with hearing, hearing loss, and noise exposure to pre-teens (7/2011).
